Files must be in a resolution of 300 dpi of their printed size (100%). • All Microsoft software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, are not compatible to supply artwork. However, text without layout, or name lists can be supplied in Word or Excel. • Supplied fonts are accepted in Macintosh format only; we do not accept PC fonts. iSM works with FONTS and not vectored fonts. If the fonts are not supplied, they will be replaced with standard fonts. • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their files comply with our production specifications. If a complete supplied file is not ready for production and corrections are required, extra charges may apply. • It is IMPORTANT to always supply a preview in PDF Format of the supplied file.
Quality of imprint:
Sublimation is a thermal process with a four-color- process imprint. It allows us to print unlimited colors of photographic quality. This imprint is very resistant for multiple uses. Note that there is no white ink in
by the thermal process. Colors may vary from one dye lot to another. The color of the material to be
four-color process. UV rays if placed outside can
guarantee that colors will be a sure match from order to order. All metal plaques, and drilled holes are made
plaque to another. If exact and precise measurements are required please request a custom quote for mechanically cut plaques. Aluminum plaques can be used to identify food. But aluminum CANNOT touch food. Require about stainless steel metal.
Pricing:
E ective Feburary 1st, 2018 and subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Canadian funds, F.O.B. Laval, Quebec. GST and Provincial Sales Tax will be added to invoices where applicable. • Our catalogue prices do not include applicable taxes. • We reserve the right to change our prices at any given time should circumstances out of our control arise.
When Ordering:
Please type or print orders legibly. Enclose layout and artwork with order. Indicate PMS color(s) and their locations. Desired shipping date must be specified when an order is placed. Allow for adequate transit time. Specific IN-HAND dates can only be controlled by next-day ground or air service where applicable. Customer will provide carrier account number for special delivery requirements or leave to iSM LINE`s discretion to appropriately meet delivery schedule.
Order forms:
We cannot be held responsible for errors on hand written texts or e-mails. • All orders sent by fax or e-mail are considered original orders. No orders will be taken by telephone. • We reserve the right to refuse any order if we judge that the order cannot be filled with our equipment. You will receive an Order Confirmation upon receipt of your order. You must verify, sign and return it. If you do not receive your Order Confirmation within two business days, please call Customer Service. Upon receipt, it is the responsibility of the distributor to verify for its correctness and report any discrepancies immediately.
Corrections/Cancellations:
Orders requiring corrections or cancelled will be charged for all work completed, including any applicable artwork, die or set up charges.
Repeat orders:
Please specify the most recent Invoice and/or Work Order number and the name of the main logo as reference.
Minimum order:
$100.00. A less than minimum charge may be added for quantities between 25% and 99% of the catalogue minimums for all product categories unless otherwise specified.
Proofs:
A first proof is always included with every order and will be sent e-mail for customer approval. Any further proofs will be charged at $5.00 net a piece. • A signed and final approval is always required before production and relieves iSM of all responsibility for artistic errors. • A finished proof for an order that will not be completed will be billed according to our standard costs. We do not do proofs on iSM Release Programs other than the PDF file generated by makemybadge.com; iSM is responsible if a transcript error is made from the order-form to the badge. iSM Release Programs must be process through makemybadage.com. Proofs for release are available at cost of $5.00 net.
Pre-Production Samples:
Are available on request and are charged at a minimum of $80c. A preproduction sample may be refundable upon reception of order when predetermined with customer service; otherwise preproduction samples charges are non-refundable.
Random Samples:
Are available and are free of charge if the unit value is less than $25.00. Any random samples with a value greater than the above said amount will be billed at the end column price. Transport costs other than regular mail are the responsibility of the distributor.
