Over runs / Under runs / Backorders:
All orders are subject to a 5% over or under run and will be billed accordingly. Transportation costs for any back orders will be the distributors responsibility. Orders requiring exact quantities will be subject to a 5% surcharge per unit.
Payment of Accounts:
Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days. Interest charges of 1.5% per month will be billed on overdue accounts. For new accounts, a 50% deposit is required with the balance shipped C.O.D. We accept VISA, MasterCard and checks. NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 charge, and will result in loss of credit privileges. VISA and MasterCard are accepted at time of order. Credit cards will be accepted for overdue payments at a 2% surcharge.
Returns - Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. . Claims for returns and/or quantity Discrepancies must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be approved by our customer service. In order to be credited, all returns with an approved credit must be received within 10 business days of the approval. Handling charges could apply. Merchandise must be returned in order to receive credit. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
SHIPPING
Delivery/shipping:
Catalog prices do not include shipping costs. Depending on the product, normal shipping dates are between 5 – 15 working days from receipt of artwork. All freight charges and insurance are the responsibility of the distributor. The selection of carrier shall be at the factory’s discretion if not specified. Even when specified, it may be necessary to use our preferred carrier in order to meet your delivery requirements. Due to the custom nature of our product and unforeseen circumstances, which may arise during production, it may be necessary to change the shipping method from ground to air in order to meet your deadlines. Special requests may be subject to a handling fee.

Address Information:
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, PLEASE PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS AND POSTAL CODE. We cannot ship to box numbers. It the ship-to address is a residence, you must advise; surcharges will be the responsibility of the Distributor.
Split Shipments:
(Multiple shipments on same date). Add $5.00 per address in Canada, and $15 per address in USA, plus actual shipping charges. All claims for damaged and lost goods in transit or for delayed delivery must be filed by the distributor / recipient with the carrier on receipt.
Trademarks:
All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by iSM LINE will be accepted by iSM LINE as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by iSM LINE on the products ordered will not violate any such laws, and iSM LINE hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold iSM LINE harmless to any damages, costs, and/or expenses that may arise from any and all actions as consequence of iSM LINE ‘s use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by fulfilling the customer’s order. Logos and imprints used in this catalogue are for illustration only. They do not imply endorsement. These designs are not available for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owners of such designs.
Right to promote:
We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless advised in writing by the customer.
