All prices include 1 color, 1 position imprint or laser engraving (unless otherwise indicated).
We are not responsible for incorrect pricing, production times and/or descriptions found on 3rd party databases, websites, yers or catalogs.
Inventory Availability
While every e ort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable.
Inventory stock is allocated on a rst come rst serve basis.
Prior to submitting a PO, please call to check available inventory. Inventory cannot be placed on hold without a written purchase order.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The customer is responsible for any incurred costs such as setups, printing/engraving, proofs, artwork charge, packaging and any other expenses incurred by the factory.

All imprint sizes shown in this catalog are approximate.

Blank Product
Blank product will be invoiced at EQP plus freight, NO RETURNS.
Rush 4 Day Service
Rush 4 day service available at no extra charge with the following criteria:
Please highlight "RUSH ORDER" on your purchase order.
Rush orders and vector art must be received
by noon (EST), 4 business days prior to ship date. Only available for one location imprint or a
one location laser engraved logo.
Artwork Proof must be waived.
Only catalog quantities listed can be ordered.
Before rush orders can be shipped, credit approval must be received
Rush Orders subject to stock availability and excludes imports.
Samples
Random Samples
We provide up to $15.00 of random imprinted/blank samples. Samples over $15.00 will be billed at EQP.
Shipping is not included, please provide your courier account number for shipping. If courier information is not provided, a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express must be provided prior to samples shipping.
Sample sales are nal and non-returnable or refundable.
Pre-Production & Spec Samples
Regular setup charges apply.
Pre-Production/Spec sample is $30(C) for one location imprint or laser engraving.
Additional colors or locations add $30(C) for imprint/$60(C) for laser engraving plus $0.30(C) run charge for imprint/$1.00(C) run charge for
laser engraving.
Pre-production/Spec sample must have a supplied ship to address clearly noted on order.
Shipping is not included, please provide your courier account number for shipping. If courier information is not provided a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express must be provided prior to samples shipping.
Refills
Medium ballpoint black ink included in all pens (unless otherwise indicated).
Optional upgraded German medium blue ink where available, $0.25(G)

Payment Terms
Net 30 days for established distributors.
If no credit terms are established, full payment
is required before order is processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No C.O.D. orders.

Copy Change $30.00(C) each copy.
Color Change charge $30.00(C) each color.
VividPrintTM
Single Location VividPrintTM Setup - $30.00(C) plus run charge.
VividPrintTM Run Charge.
All orders must be typed orders on customer’s o cial
PO form or company letterhead. The PO must clearly include the customer’s name, address, phone number, fax number, item number/name, quantity, unit price,
item color, decorating method, ship method, ship to address, ship date, in-hand date and any other applicable information.
If there is no pricing on the purchase order, standard catalog pricing will be used.
Changes to orders must be submitted in written form referencing purchase order number. Fax or E-mail orders acceptable, verbal orders are not accepted. Order acknowledgement will be sent via fax or email once order has been entered in our system.
Overruns/Underruns
We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under.
For exact quantity, a charge of $20(G) will apply. Must be clearly marked on PO. Not applicable to Ritter Pen.
Repeat Orders
Exact repeat setups are no charge. Previous order number, PO and date are required.
Production Time
Standard production time is 5 days after receipt of proof approval. Any orders/sample requests submitted after 2 pm will not be processed until the next business day.

Less than minimum charge is $40(G). Absolute minimum is no less than half of the 1st column minimum.
