Trademarks
All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalog are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.
Returns
A request for a return for credit or refund must be in writing, state the speci c reason for the return and submit it within 30 calendar days of the invoice. Factory must approve all returns in writing. Refusing, abandoning or sending back a shipment without factory approval does not constitute an approval by factory. When approved, returned products must be in the same condition as when they left the factory and the credit/refund will only be for the quantity returned. Contact a customer service representative for a return authorization number.
Standard PMS Colors
Please allow 10 business days after artwork approval for spec sample. A virtual sample can be sent from the factory for nal approval at no charge (please allow 4 business days).
Additional Import Charges Where Applicable
All prices include 1 location, 1 color imprint. Setup $30(C).
For Laser Engraving, setup $60(C), $0.50(C) run charge.
2nd location imprint on metal pen if applicable $0.12(C) run charge. Setup $30(C).
2nd location printing on plastic pen if applicable $0.08(C) run charge. Setup $30(C).
Guarantee
Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge.
Additional ballpoint German ink re lls can be purchased at $0.40(C).
Additional rollerball German ink re lls can be purchased at $1.25(C).
Artwork

Purchase Order number required in subject line when emailing artwork. We require vector les with all fonts converted to curves (outlines, paths) to ensure correct fonts are being used and there are no delays in your order. Artwork must be sent the following formats:
Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps). Unusable artwork will be subject to clean-up charges of $50.00(C) per hour. Order might be delayed if artwork needs to be redrawn.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB Bu alo, NY.
Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice. Air shipments must be con rmed in writing.
Collect or 3rd Party Shipments are subject to $8.00 (G) Handling Fee. Accurate “Bill To" information required
to avoid Chargebacks. Distributor responsible for all Chargebacks. $15.00(G) Fee will apply
Skid Shipments
Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrink-wrapped on a skid for maximum protection. $20.00(G) per skid will be added to the invoice.
Split Shipments
When an order is shipped to 2 or more destinations at the same time, a Split Shipment charge of $8.00(G) per shipment will apply. Freight Charges not included.
International Shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply.
Drop Shipments
Multiple identical shipments will be processed at the following discounted rates:

International Shipments

General Information
For Factory Direct Ritter Pen, the following apply:
Setup Charges
Single position imprint included in all prices (unless indicated).
Setup $60.00 (c).
Repeat Setup $30.00 (c).
Production Time
Standard production time is 3-4 weeks after receipt of proof approval. Any orders/sample requests submitted after 2 pm will not be processed until the next business day.
Repeat Orders
Exact repeat setups are half of the original setup fee. Previous order number, date and invoice number required.
Additional Imprint Charges
Additional imprint location where applicable is $60 (C) setup plus $0.20 (C) run charge.
Additional imprint color(s) where applicable is $60 (C) setup each color plus $0.20 (C) run charge.
Copy change $60 (C) each copy.
Color change charge is $60 (C) each color.

Although best e orts are made to obtain an exact match, slight variations may occur.
Imports
For factory direct imports, 50% deposit required upon placement of purchase order.
Cancellation: 50% of order value will be billed prior to production.
For all Metal, Plastic and Banner Pens, standard Ocean delivery is approximately 10-12 business weeks. Air delivery is approximately 5-6 business weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on product, quantity or delivery requirement.
Delivery time is approximate from artwork/digital proof or pre-production sample approval. Production will not begin until payment has been made.
If Spec Sample (excluding banner pens) is required, client must pay the freight associated with the sample.
