                 Decision Making Helper -- A / B List






             How to use this list:

             The idea behind lis�ng your likes and dislikes – the good and the bad, is to guide you to an objec�ve
             and ra�onal decision making process. Get started by crea�ng a document with two columns, and �tle
             them A and B. On the A side column – use this for all of the posi�ve or good things, and just the
             opposite on the B side column.
             When you have completed lis�ng your assessments good and bad, review the list and see what steps
             you can take to improve your situa�on. Remember, you are in control of your des�ny and realizing
             perhaps there are alterna�ve posi�ve changes that can be made, can help in goal development. Good
             decision making takes knowledge and informa�on to make the right choice.
