Drapes, chandeliers, chairs made out of fine fabric is every where. We could live forever on here.
(Lights FADE on the STAIRS as both men walk into a DSC SPOTLIGHT)

Look. Family of three - wife, husband - brand new baby girl. Gazing out the window. I smell money.
