The Forma offers a robust system with all the
features to maintain independence around
school, home, office or work environments.

The seat cushion is built to provide easy transfers and comfort in the
work environment, and the modular sectional backrest system can be
prescribed to the user’s needs.
New functions include an easy-to-reach, adjustable brake lever that is out
of the way for sideways transfers. Brakes on the rear wheels are standard
(with the option of a front wheel brake or a four wheel brake system).
The ‘Flexbase chassis’ is standard, which makes the chair stable on
uneven surfaces and is effortless riding over bumps in the floor.
Swing-away armrests (backwards) are adjustable in height and width
