4. Subject to Subsection IV.J.3 above, we will not pay more than the Each Loss Indirect Costs Sublimit of
Insurance as set forth in the Declarations for all Indirect Costs from any one Loss. Any amounts that we pay
to indemnify Indirect Costs under this subsection will erode the Each Loss Limit of Insurance applicable to
the coverage provided for any one Loss.
