Th e CVTOR expansion encompasses 35,500-SF of interior renovations and build-out of the third
fl oor, West Pavilion and Hospital Annex.

Key components of the CVTOR Expansion include:

• Two new CVTOR’s
• One Hybrid CVTOR, which combines an OR and Cath Lab

• Renovation of six existing CVTOR’s (including fl uoro radiology equipment) with new surgical
equipment booms, OR lights, and fl ooring
• Renovation of waiting rooms for Cardiothoracic lCU, CVTOR’s and Radiology
• Ten patient CVTOR Pre-Op Holding suites with two new negative pressure isolation rooms
• Twelve patient Radiology Holding Suites
