Mercy College - Victory Hall, Additions and Renovations

        Mr. Hanrahan,

Th ank you for the opportunity to present Barr & Barr’s proposal for the Mercy College - Victory Hall project. We are excited to
have this opportunity and we feel that we are highly qualifi ed for this unique and important project. As you review our qualifi cations
submission, please keep in mind the following critical elements, unique to Barr & Barr, that will be highly benefi cial to the success
        of this project:

Our Team has Over 30 years of Experience Working in an Active Campus Environment: With our extensive experience constructing
and renovating Academic facilities of varying types, we know what it will take to make the Mercy College - Victory Hall a successful
project. Our combined knowledge and expertise will ensure Mercy College there will be no learning curve for your project. No matter
the size, every project is given the same attention to detail.

Established & Successful Relationship with Clark Caton Hintz: Members of our proposed project team just recently completed
New Jersey Realtors with Clark Caton Hintz and several years ago, worked in collaboration on a logistically challenging project at
Princeton University. Both were very successful projects for the client from scheduling, budgeting and quality standards. Our team
approach was unhitched throughout both projects.

Preconstruction & Construction Services: Our vast experience allows us to fi ll in the gaps between design intent and the design
documents from schematic design right through construction documents. We understand the critical importance of the preconstruction
eff ort. We manage the process by continually identifying what elements have changed and we challenge those items. Our team
consistently delivers estimates that track within 5% from Schematic to CD documents.

Building Information Modeling (BIM): Barr & Barr’s collaborative approach to BIM involves the entire project team in the BIM
analysis and optimization process resulting in fully coordinated documents that save time and money. Our dedicated BIM manager,
Robert Goslin, will manage this process from preconstruction through fi nal closeout.

Over 85% of work is for Repeat Clients: Our outstanding record of repeat work attests to the success of our personalized approach
        to construction.

Barr & Barr’s experience and record of accomplishment is unmatched in the construction industry, we have the dedication and know-
how to deliver the highest level of quality and services for your new project.
