PROJECT DETAILS
Grand Oaks Tampa is a new 147,840 square foot, divisible facility, with
three dock doors per bay, 30’ minimum ceiling heights, rear loading
capacity, 171 parking spaces, trailer parking, 135’ deep truck court
and 60’ concrete apron. The building utilizes a ESFR fire suppression
system and located south of downtown Tampa, along the I-75 corridor.
