• Th e South Façade Exterior Landmark Renovation of the Terra
Cotta Façade, Historic Marquee and Blade Sign and the entire
Enhanced Entrance way and New Box Offi ce.( All work is
Landmarked)
• Th e New Fire Alarm Systems and ADA upgrades to the Th eater
including the new 126th Street ADA Handicap Ramp, New
Alleyway Vault & Structure and New 126th Street Fire Escapes
and Fire Stairs.
• Th e removal and replacement of the New Auditorium Seating,
Isle Lighting, Emergency Lighting and Power and Floor
Finishes.
• Th e removal and replacement of the Entire Stage and Area below
the stage as well as all MEP associated with this area.
• Th e Entire Landmark Restoration of the Interior of the Apollo
Th eater Auditorium and Offi ce Space.
• Th e removal and replacement of all roof top MEP Equipment,
Exterior Parapets and Roofi ng System.
