Six-story Guest House building with 124 guest rooms (including 20
Accessible guest rooms); entry lobby with reception area; bar and lounge
area with related food preparation facilities. Other amenities include
exterior pool area; fitness room; water-front linear park with walking
paths, and two sixth floor outdoor activity deck areas. Air-conditioned
building area is approximately 120,000 square feet. The building exterior
envelope is a combination of curtain wall system, with low-e insulated
glass, and custom fabricated weathering steel (similar to COR-TEN
steel) rain screen panel system. The roofing is SBS modified membrane
roofing system with a roof paver system at the outdoor decks. The
building structure is auger cast grout piles foundation system, concrete
columns, and lightly reinforced concrete floors and roof decks.
