Th e LaFayette Family Cancer Center is a fi ve-story, rigid-frame research • Enhances EMMC’s ability to deliver needed
laboratory and offi ce building. Project scope included the relocation of cancer services to the local community by
medical and radiation oncology, hematology and specifi c diagnostic expanding capacity and responding to the
services-laboratory, basic imaging, and PET-CT to the new facility. In community’s desires for ease of access, reduced
addition to the CancerCare of Maine services, the building includes a waiting times and improved supportive care
research laboratory, an open offi ce plan and fi xed wall construction for services.
