PROJECT DETAILS

Th e scope of this sub-project included demolishing existing spaces and
rebuilding two new operating room suites and one shell future operating
room suite and supporting rooms within the existing operating room
suite of rooms as well as a new AHU on the roof and rework of existing
air distribution systems. Work was performed immediately adjacent to
ongoing surgical operations, thus involving signifi cant coordination with
every aspect of the project in order to guarantee patient safety.
