Air Service Development and Marketing Manager
Jon Stout is responsible for the daily management and long-term development of Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS) - a rapidly growing, non-hub commercial air service facility supporting four airlines, an industrial park, 385 based aircraft, 26 commercial tenants and 5 rental car agencies. He oversees a staff of 17 employees. Jon has initiated and managed many projects since taking over the reins at STS in 2002. The resumption of air service in 2007 marked a new age of development, which resulted in the $55 million RSA Improvement Project completed three years ago.

Arlene B. Draper has worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for over 20 years. Currently, she is the Manager of the Western Pacific Planning and Programming Branch, and previously served, as the Assistant Manager for the San Francisco Airports District Office Manager, Program Analyst in the Airports Division in Washington, D.C., and a Project Manager in the Detroit Airports District Office. She also worked for the Parsons Corporation as a Senior Manager.

Mike has extensive experience in airport operations, safety, security, facility management and capital development. He has been responsible for preparing grant applications and managing multi-million dollar capital development projects, such as terminal expansion, runway extensions, airport security, airfield improvements and coordinating with private developments. He has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges facing construction in the airport environment.

Laurie Suttmeier is the Assistant Manager for the San Francisco Airports District Office (SFO ADO). Ms. Suttmeier was the Deputy Manager of the Dakota Minnesota Airports District Office (DMS ADO), a position she held since 2014. Laurie has a wealth of aviation experience and knowledge. She began her career as an Airport Manager at Yellowstone Regional Airport before joining the FAA Airports Division as a Certification Inspector with the Alaska Region in 1996. Since joining the FAA, She has worked in the Alaska, New England, and Great Lakes Regions, as well as in Headquarters as a Program Analyst in APP-520.
