Mr. Rink is currently involved in the design and construction of several airport pavement projects. After high school, he enlisted in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate where he was stationed on the USS Frank Cable (AS-40) based in Guam for four years, and the USS John C Stennis (CVN-74) based in Washington state for a year and a half. Mr. Rink was honorably discharged as a noncommissioned officer, Machinist Mate second class, with awards including three Navy Achievement Medals, Good Conduct Medal, Overseas and Sea Service ribbons. After discharge, Mr. Rink graduated from Colorado School of Mines and joined the Armstrong team.

Jesse will also assist you in public relations, marketing, and community outreach as needed. As an additional point of contact, Mr. Fabula will ensure deliverables and one-off questions are answered promptly.
