Secondly, we can make adjustments to our program to allow for time to prepare material, and to for suitable times for presenters. We can also set the date for our AGM when hopefully. we can in person ( it can be held up to 5 months after the end of our financial year – June 30)
Thirdly, we can ask the Committee to continue in office until that AGM. What can we do as individuals in regard to movie making? ::::::::
Obviously, working with other members , actors and assistants of various kinds is not possible at present – actors with masks would prove a problem...
Perhaps it is time to transfer your current DVDs or other material to the latest format.
Perhaps you could try the Ken Burns Effect to incorporate historic stills into movie material that have on hand.
Perhaps you could do “selfies” such as Gary H’s “Secret Room” or “Time Machine”
Perhaps you could explore Time Lapse, Claymation, How to.. eg your favourite recipe Extreme close-up, a 30sec commercial
Perhaps you could put some movies on YouTube to share with other shut in friends and relatives. Perhaps you could think up topics for next year’s RMM program

SYNC OR SWIM
A young woman working in the Movie Industry becomes out of sync. Viewers are treated to a finely crafted journey through a techo hell as she travels to Russia to seek treatment from an eccentric Syncologist
Videographer Gary Hegedus has produced a masterpiece with SYNC OR SWIM. Its the movie that “TRON”should have been, with a tongue-in-cheek poke at film-makers for good measure.
Nominated in MIFF for the Best Comedy, competing with six other runners, final awards will be presented on August 20TH.
