    The Future of Plumbing Regulation in Texas – House Bill 636

The Legislature must reauthorize plumbing regulation this session before the Governor’s previous executive order expires on May 31st, 2021 1 otherwise the TSBPE will again face closure and plumbing regulation will revert to the various municipalities.
