Part of Dale’s process is to host an open house before a home is finalized to showcase the work that has been done. He invites potential customers and his previous buyers to attend. Dales’ previous buyers wear name tags with pictures of their homes which allow potential customers to visit with past customers about the process and experience. It is this innovativeness that keeps Dale Sauer Homes at the top of the industry.
Dale is also an active member in his community supporting many local charitable organizations such as: The San Antonio Food Bank, Elf Louise, Highway Clean Up, and the San Antonio Livestock and Rodeo.
Dale and Debbie are active members of the Texas Association of Builders (TAB), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the Texas Custom Builder Guild. Dale not only serves on the Board of Directors for GSABA, he is also a member of its Executive Committee. Dale has also served on the Board of Advisors for St. Philips College Home Building Department, and he is part of a national peer review group called Builder 20.
