   EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
2021 PARADE OF HOMESTM
You're Invited to Join Us!
The 2021 Parade of Homes will be held Saturday, May 22nd through Monday, May 31st in the Belle Oaks community of Bulverde. There are ten gorgeous homes in this year’s Parade, we hope you will join us. We are mailing every GSABA member ten tickets at our member only price of $7 each. Additional tickets are available online at www.sabuilders.com and on site for $15 each. If you do not want to purchase the discounted tickets, please return them to the Association.
Every year, we have the opportunity to work with our incredible Developers to co-host the Parade of Homes. This year, we are blessed to partner with Southerland Communities owned by Jay and Charlie Patterson. Southerland Communities is a family-owned development company with a clear focus and is an affiliate of National Land Partners, LLC, the largest and most successful buyer and seller of recreational and residential land in America. They purchase large tracts of highly desirable land with homeowners in mind.

It is a sincere pleasure to work with Jay and Charlie and people often ask, what is their secret to success? One of their secrets to success is they allow buyers to buy now and build later while
maintaining the natural environment of each tract of land they develop. They also treat buyers, builders, and the community like family.
There are ten dynamic Builders who have homes on the tour this year, you can learn more about them in this issue of the Builder Brief. We will host our member only Preview Party on Friday evening, May 21st starting at 6pm. I want to personally invite you to attend this event.
