Gary and Jillian Bourn are the owners of Bourn Custom Homes. With a wide range of experience and a passion for all things “home,” they believe the walls of a home have a story to tell, and that story belongs to its owners. Their own story began when they were only 16 years old, and through the years, their love of family and home inspired them to start building. Bourn Custom Homes operates under a Design+Build structure where every detail, from start to finish, is consistent with their client’s vision. Evolutionary Homes was founded in 2015 by brothers Nathan and Ryan Murphey. Shortly after, Deron Stadler joined the partnership in early 2016 and between the three partners we have over 50 years’ experience building residential custom homes and commercial construction. We started the business out of a desire to make the custom home building process easier, less stressful and more transparent for homeowners by combining personalized project management with modern technology.
