MODERN LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
This Modern Light Industrial home is an empty nester’s dream. From its grand entry to the “floating” wall, this home has it all. Upon arrival you will walk the beautiful stone paver driveway through an incredible tree canopied approach to the massive front door. The complete landscaping package is punctuated by a multi level 1,800 sq. ft. outdoor entertainment and relaxation deck. With its stunning kitchen, gallery windows, and triple French doors in the living room, a feeling of interior to exterior oneness will overwhelm the senses.
The master suite is truly a one-of-a-kind oasis. With the island sinks facing each other, the massive custom closet, and amazing dual vanity mirrors, this suite is a must see. The chef’s kitchen features a 60” dual oven professional range and a complimenting 60” galley-style sink with dual primary faucets featuring on-demand “sparkling water.” The walk-in pantry and massive island adds to the functionality of this dream kitchen.
The most impactful art display ever in the Parade of Homes can be found in this home. Two San Antonio artists are featured and all art will be original works.
