THE VISION
Our vision for this project was simple — create an
awe inspiring example of what one can do with a budget under $1 Million. This light industrial modern masterpiece will come together with several stunning examples of both styles melded together to create a one-of-a-kind home not seen in this market before.
We strive to maximize “value” in all of our homes while creating an environment for all to truly enjoy.
We sourced a mixed bag of raw and refined materials to pull this off. From exposed metal, concrete floors, expansive glass, natural wood, and other elements, we’ve achieved our goal. We harmoniously maximized the trees and surrounding topography to complete the feel this unique home boasts.
