Bluestone Claim Experts are a specialist construction claims consultancy with offices in Dublin and London.
We endeavor to secure the contractual and commercial entitlements of our clients’ whilst achieving a fast and cost effective resolution to their claims. We offer our services right from the early stages of a project until its completion, and from claims negotiation through to dispute resolution proceedings.
We are a pure construction claims consultancy and we serve any market sector where construction claims occur.Our clients represent all the relevant stakeholders in construction projects. We have solid experience of providing claims management services on high profile and complex projects internationally.
Our team of dedicated consultants are qualified in a range of diciplines such as construction law, quantity surveying, civil engineering and are well versed in standard industry contracts such as NEC, FIDIC and JCT. We are familiar with industry guidelines such as the SCL delay and disruption protocol. In addition, we are also experienced with interpreting and applying statutory laws in civil and common law systems that are related to construction contracts.
