We can assist our clients' with the management of contract drafting, tender documentation and contract negotiations during the pre-contract phase, in order to put our clients' in the best possible position from the beginning.
We also offer advisory services to clients who require contractual support during the post contract phase such as claim event identification, claim strategy, contractual correspondence, claim preparation, claim defense, quantity surveying and on demand project contract support.
We carry out a detailed review of the contract documents, project records and claim events in order to investigate and establish the rights, entitlements and liabilities of each party involved.
We conduct delay and quantum analysis in order to ascertain and evaluate the causes and effects of changes to a construction programme and the associated costs arising from issues such as delay, disruption, acceleration, early termination and changes to the construction scope of works.
Upon completing the analysis phase, we prepare detailed documentation to enable our clients to professionally demonstrate and present claims or rebuttals suitable for helping our clients to achieve a prompt and successful claims settlement.
