NORTH EAST BRITISH BLUE CLUB REPORT 2022
The Club was involved in helping organise the Exhibitors BBQ at the Great Yorkshire Show this year. It was a very social and well attended event, enjoyed by everyone. We are grateful to the Hartley family, Andy Ryder and the National Society for their help and generosity.
The Calf Show held on Newark Showground in September was a huge success enjoyed by all involved.
Issy Hartley from Nelson, Lancashire agreed to judge the cattle classes and Nicky Hardy from Lambley, Nottinghamshire kindly agreed to judge the Young handler Classes. We were generously sponsored at the Calf Show by Woolgar Insurance, British Blue Cattle Society, Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, Notts Agricultural Society, Certas Energy, Lincolnshire Well Hung Beef, Beckside Farm Fertility, Geoff Robinson, Michael Hardy, Mary Brown, C O Yates and JPD Engineering.
