to roads and road laws

The enforcement of an Act or legislation is to protect the public’s safety and health and to

provide an efficiency in the transportation system of Malaysia.

Observation of compliance are conducted by agencies to identify important issues of traffic

law enforcement in the country, examine traditional and innovative enforcement

approaches and tools, and assess their potential to improve compliance for increased safety

on roads.
