Further to correspondence dated 18th, 25th and 27th May, all remaining unacknowledged, please find enclosed a copy of our reply to S.Belafonte, RBK&C, Tenancy Relations Officer letter of 26 May 2016
I will be making it abundantly clear, with irrefutable proof which you have already been supplied with, including that supplied well prior to your initial request to Mr Belafonte) that information obviously supplied to you by Mrs Hillgarth and then repeated by you in correspondence to date to me is nothing short of a pack of lies.
It is already established that no request was made by Mrs Hillgarth nor any other lessee until Mrs Hillgarth’s email request on 17 December 2015. That is a date 17 days outside of the statutory 6 months available to her under the terms of her lease as you are more than well aware.
Is that disputed, if so substantiate? Mrs Hillgarth’s references to requests from other lessees is totally unsubstantiated, totally untrue and proof perfect typical of her misinformed [and disproven] accusations to date
Your correspondence to date is not “Without Prejudice” privileged and as such making totally unsubstantiated, in fact downright lies, and lies that we have totally disproven with irrefutable evidence, is opening up serious consequences.
As I will amply explain to Mr. Belafonte, and prove beyond a shadow of doubt, the requested documentation (13 original invoices, 10 of which relate to the £105,877) is in perfect order, amounts to £105,877 and would have been supplied as we agreed to do in our unacknowledged letter of 1 April 2016 but our offer to comply was ignored, for very dubious reasons as documented, but as you had made multiple slurs and accusations, again totally unsubstantiated and all totally disproved as you well know, in your initial 13pp letter of 23 March 2016, all of which required our immediate reply, along with irrefutable proof to deny the malicious untruths of your client’s various and multiple accusations bordering, in our Solicitor’s opinion, on the libelous. We did, though, still offer to comply once we received our requests.
Those requests required acknowledgement that indeed untruths had been proven as untrue. Not too much to ask?
As stated previously in all our correspondence, if anything we have said in that same correspondence has either not been fully substantiated or considered unproven, erroneous, lies or just plain not addressed, let me know please.
