cc Michele before Mrs copies her... but please no reply - I'm not interested anymore.
...and I did warn you about requesting yet more retarded questions - here are equally retarded answers in some instances.

As predicted, by 6 people out of the 9, the current management is a complete fiasco.

And to cap it all, this email from Mrs Hillgarth on 29 September 2014, with firstly my response making clear I would add my replies to her email queries:
oh dear oh dear oh dear - will this never end?
Answers below although I'm constantly told to NOT answer, to ignore and just get on with what's in hand - but I'm a succor for punishment and in truth, have every detail to hand to dispute all and any ignorant comments, so here goes....
Yes I'm sure, with one AWOL owing a small fortune, and in breach of their lease re subletting whilst uncar- peted etc etc, plus two other flats uncarpeted and one subletting whilst uncarpeted and not seeking per- mission to sublet and installing an illegal dish on the roof in contravention of exactly what we're trying to avoid - cabling tumbling everywhere down frontage and rear.... and this latest cable is WHITE.... some 6 out of 9....! I'd sooner join Al Quaeda
These problems are a result of not preparing a proper and explicit budget of expenditure since you’ve taken up the major management responsibility 3 years ago. New issues keep arising, more money is requested, and everyone is confused and frustrated. You can only blame yourself and your fellow directors for these problems.
Not totally sure what the accusation is here. We've reduced Quarterly charges by 46%, saved each lessee around £2500 since 1st January 2012 and run the place into the ground... ooops, sorry, I mean very well!
Confused and frustrated. Not me, not Management but sincere apologies to those that are. Get a life!
As per Diego’s e-mail of this morning, at 7.01am on 29.9.2014, I couldn’t agree more. The hundreds of e- mails we receive from management render any useful information contained completely lost to us lessees. And the worst of it all is that you constantly avoid replying to the queries which are put forward in a simple and sensible format.
Name me one query not answered or can be answered or deserves an answer or is any of your business.
Please only reply to my following points and nothing else.
1) When instructing your “surveyor”, what was he directed to survey? This has been asked on numerous occa- sions without clarification. Given the sudden problem of the water tank we need a clear reply to this.
the ruddy building inside and out from top to bottom - firstly done for just internals in Feb 2012 then for both in 2013 - both costing a fortune. The water tank, the lift, the electrics, the idiots that own flats here, their miserable front doors etc are not of his concern.
2) When was the water tank last checked? (If not by you, by previous management? You must know when they did this if it has not been checked by you). From what I understand an annual risk assessment for managed build- ings should be carried out with regard in the very least to legionella. Where is last year’s risk assessment? What triggered the sudden cause for alarm with the water tank on a Friday night...?
Every 3 - 4 years is required and KFH did the last one before we took over. Ours was scheduled months ago for the co-incidence of now - that's all.
3) When did you or the previous management carry out a proper electrical survey? Your electrical certificate states that the overall condition of installation is unsatisfactory. Also under the ‘observations and recommendations for action’ section there are 3 issues identified. Are these the next issues we are suddenly going to be asked more money for? What action has been taken to alleviate these risks and issues? Your requirements seemingly to the electrician are only to ‘tidy the wires’.
If I hear another request re electrics I'll set fire to the place personally - For the very last time our electrical report was done on schedule and sent to chief loony Michele Hillgarth not once, not twice but three times - the third being just the other day - anything that needed fixing in that report was fixed. She seems to have a fixation with tidying the wires.... IO have no idea what she refers to - a 5 year PIR Electrical Survey Assessment was carried out by a professional certified competent male NICEIC electrician - not me as sus- pected, but another chappie.
