It might also be useful to answer the query before it again arises, namely doing the Externals next year instead of this year.
If we were to wait until September next year to arrive at the required additional £48,326 it would mean Quarterly Demands (service charge element and reserve element), starting at this coming June Quarter 2014 until June quarter next year, of £1,724 per Lessee per quarter for six quarters (June, September, December 2014, and March and June quarters 2015
That's quite a lot of money over and above the £650 per quarter at present, as well as Mitre House Management Limited being both in breach of Head Lease obligations as well as our fiduciary duties as directors to comply with legally required maintenance and repair, failing which we could be held liable under Health & Safety legislation.
