Susanna and Diego -
Thank you for your email, the content of which is all, alarmingly 99% true and I admit to everything, including unsuccessfully trying to fiddle the vote. I have a slight concern over the raising of voices, hence the 1% held in reserves, but, what the hell - throw that in for a full house. Guilty as charged.
But, don't despair, as I've been made redundant (unceremoniously fired), in what is nothing short of a cheap, underhand and thoroughly un-British Coup d'Etat by my fellow Mitre House Management Ltd co-directors for, in their words not mine, having turned these Internals into little more than a total fiasco, employing nefarious techniques more in common with a South American banana republic as opposed to that expected of a resident of swanky Chelsea SW3. In short, bringing interior design into disrepute, causing grief and upset not seen since the building was erected during the Russian Revolution in 1917 - naturally, they are trying to distance themselves from my misdemeanours, blaming me for not having called a meeting, debated, discussed, taken opinions of and for not sending out legally required Section 1 - Section 110 Notices, especially correctly addressed and properly served to Diego, allowing a total 90 day cooling off period whilst all interested parties could comment on the Dustbin contract. A hanging offence in some countries so I suppose I should be grateful I only got a ticking off - but after an internal inquiry and at least two applications to the LVT by apparently a majority of Lessees, I've been dismissed. C'est la vie.
I have now, with your's and everyone else's agreement obviously, been given the dire responsibility of maintaining the garden, on the understanding that I do not grow any illegal substances, as I have been known to do in the past, or my gardening privileges will be removed. And yes, I must admit, I know as little about ruddy gardening as I know about interior design, as indeed the attached photograph of my own bathroom well evidences, so (green) fingers crossed. The Mitre House Gardening Society will hold regular meetings and of course, we might even be able to market one or two items (yes, but keep it quiet) hopefully on an industrial scale, with profits going towards the Internal Decor costs, and you can bet your life that I'll be a lot more careful how I fiddle those percentages to my advantage - once bitten, twice shy!
Well, that's about it - you'll miss me when I'm gone but you'll be in good hands with Mitre House Management Ltd's fourth director, Ms Michele Hillgarth, whom we other three directors have full confidence in as she, to be fair, totally rejected my cajoling and canvassing for her vote, but did take the £2000 in cash rejecting the offer of a Euro cheque for substantially more.
As my last email (accompanying the now discredited Voting Preferences) made clear, my responsibility as Mitre House Management's PR, HR, and Customer Services Director was to organise the various concepts and suggestions from one and all, and arrange a vote. This I have achieved, admittedly as Al Capone was renowned for doing, but on schedule on budget, that's if one considers 8 months and at least 3 more months before a start can be made, on schedule, and all done at no cost to date to the Service Charge, as on budget?

Dear Paul,
You raising your voice the other night and the emails that followed are just the least of a long list of unpleasant situations to which we now need to put an end. We cannot tolerate any more your disrespectful behaviour with us and basically everyone that tries to express a different opinion than yours.
We understand that you have lived in Mitre House longer than other people (including us) but you also need to understand that, while you have spent most of your life in Mitre House, other people have owned and lived in many other properties around the world acquiring different experiences on more efficient and transparent ways of managing a building (regular annual meeting, same rights and obligations for all, a management that acts in respect of in all the Leaseholders interest...), not to mention a general sense of respectful coexistence (you talked about war, people loosing, etc, etc).
You have always refused to confront the Leaseholders because too afraid of the difficulty of
