In the email you sent on 1 October 2010 you said as highlighted, especially under point 7, that had we paid the £2000 NO VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION FOR THE TANK WILL BE NEEDED BUT SIMPLY AGREEMENT TO UTILISE THE FUNDS WITHOUT THE NECESSITY FOR A LENGTHY SECTION 20. Which I confirmed in my email I am fine with.

You stated this very clearly, no room for misunderstanding ore retrea5ng now.

You subsequently said you will return funds voluntary contribu5on for the Tank upon receipt of our bank details. Here for your reference.

You cannot now state the opposite and oblige all to pay more than what originally stated including the £2000, the tank and the TV. With the £2000 contribu5on there will be enough money for the tank as you said in wri5ng below, so there is no need for the 867 addi5onal contribu5on which you said will return and you should now.
I have a perfectly func5oning TV aerial and if you remove it or damage it without permission you will be liable to replenish it.

I am warning that if we suffer any economic damage due to your mismanagement and false or misleading informa5on, we will pursue all legal avenues to get compensated from you and your fellow directors.
