If we have received your outstanding £2000 by midday then the replacement water tank will begin this week.
You will not be returned your voluntary contribution to date of £867.87 unless you wish the replacement tank to progress via a lengthy 3-4 month Section 20.
This £67.87 has nothing whatsoever to do with the outstanding £2000 pre-agreed contribution to the works budget as you well know. If the £2000 is NOT paid, your tank money will be refunded and no tank replacement will be scheduled until the Section 20 process has finished. Your tenants will be informed at midday today of your decision.
As regards the communal tv sky+hd install - if you pay that voluntary contribution £593, your sitting room and bedroom will have full access. If not, you will not.
As well documented, Management will be advising all tenants of the situation at midday if the tank is NOT being progressed at all speed this week and next. If the tank is being progressed (on receipt of your outstanding £2000 and hopefully the tv £593), there will be no requirement to inform tenants of the tank contamination.
Flat 8 (Christopher Leigh Pemberton is also in agreement to pay his outstanding £2000 and I believe the voluntary payments for tank and tv). Those lessees that do not will be vigourously pursued for arrears, will not be tv etc installed and left with no service from roof, and be putting their's and or their tenant's safety and well-being in jeopardy.
