Flat 4's enormous Triax dish is now subject to local planning permission and will be disconnected awaiting RBK&C authority to re-connect.
Pathetic situation. And if ever proof were needed as to the impossibility of getting any consensus at Mitre House, this takes the candle - hence Management's continued authoritarian and common sense approach on ALL matters in the interest of economy & safety for the benefit of ALL lessees and their tenants.
All you are accomplishing is economic hara-kiri...! And the various outstanding £2000 amounts just adds insult to injury!!

No cherry picking.... all outstanding Quarterly sums due without doubt, including voluntaries if you want works done economically and tidily (including a correct re-install of Flats 4 and 5's dishes) and quickly (the tank), or nada.
PS We're simply covering our tails re: Water Tank in court by all recent, admittedly totally unacknowledged, emails - how you cover your's and your tenant's welfare is your business. Management have done everything possible and legally required to bring these matters to your urgent attention. And all on file and copied to our legal eagles. Section 20 ready to rock 'n roll.
