This goes out very soon whilst one or two lessees get their act together....
In the absence of any comment or satisfactory resolving of the various observations made by Management to all lessees in recent emails, please find attached the first of three Section 20 Notices re: Main Cold Water Storage Tank.
Letters regarding the possible contamination of the tank cold water supply have been hand delivered to the tenants of Flats 1, 5, 6, 8 and 9 in accordance with legally required obligations on the part of Management.
Defaulting lessees on their September Quarterly Demands will be vigorously pursued and in receipt of solicitors's letters in due course as previously advised.
Those lessees due a refund of voluntary contributions made to date have not as requested supplied their bank details.
