Final update - we're no further forward that before save for £2000 contributions from Flats 3 and 8
Nothing from 1, 4, 5, and 9 although Flat 9 have said they will (I think)
Flat 5 - no idea yes or no, but usually no.
No further contributions to the tank from Flats 1, 4, and 8 - meaning a Section 20, 4 month delay and letters to all tenants
No further payments towards communal tv leaving only Flats 2, 3 6 and 7 interested and ending up with reception and the facility (installed on Friday this week - so be there please Maria) whereas all others will be disconnected, where illegally installed (Flats 4 and 5 and just been informed, Flat 9)
That's it - only Maria and Flats 2, 6 and 7 seem to comprehend the situation and make hay whilst the sun shines....!
Pathetic. But do not say you weren't well informed and advised and any consequences (and there will be considerable ones) will be of your own making - save for Flats 2, 3, 6 and 7 - honest, sane and sensible.
