Clarify why we are now required to pay the enMre addiMonal amount of £2,000 which was originally going to be paid in two instalments based on your indicaMons (cfr e^mail dated 15 August 2014) in a single instalment? There is no factual explanaMon in the leber provided, but rather generic statements “sufficient funds” and “adequate Reserves”. How much is “adequate Reserves”?
6. In relaMon to 1 above, can you please provide details on the current Reserves amount available (latest figure provided was a total £98,262.75 in August) and a detailed budget and esMmated Mming of the various payments to be made and to whom? (suggested scheme as per below)
