Dear Paul,
Please clarify "the two voluntary contributions" regarding the urgent and demanded water tank payment. This was apparently a mistake and paid over and above the full September quarter charge, to be reimbursed is this correct?
Kind regards
Maria

Our very grateful thanks to ALL lessees for paying the September Quarter's Demands in full and the two voluntary contributions for the urgent replacement Water Storage Tank and the Communal TV Sky+HD install - so negating the necessity for lengthy Section 20 Notices as well as saving a considerable amount off both items by making good use of the very expensive scaffolding we have in place during the exterior works.
Well done and thanks again to one and all - wasn't too painful and does guarantee a 100%, in fact more likely a 125%, perfect works schedule to include far more than expected for the £105,019 agreed budget.
Roll on 21 November when Mitre House will be open for A Private Viewing - all Lessees invited for a Champagne Reception.
Just sad that Flat 9's tenants can't watch it on TV or Sky as their owner doesn't see the point of getting connected for a lousy £593...and like any other flat, be forbidden to privately or individually install anything on roof as of this Friday?
