you compare 02 and 05 with those specs Flat 9 presented for your quotes and indeed your meetings to discuss. I don't see too much difference in works to be done for £60,000 as opposed to Management's £35,000. I do though see a difference in styles to be adopted, which is fair enough as Flat 9 are as contrary in their insistence for Traditional as Management is for Belle Epoque. That's the main problem and one than cannot be solved to everybody's satisfaction.
Hence the simplest easiest route is for Management to do the minimum as required within the terms of the Head Lease. It's also the cheapest. And gets our vote.
Seeing as you're not paying for ink, paper and my time - I'll be the judge of whether it's a waste of etc etc - I can assure you, though, that the word professional coming from you is an oxymoron in the extreme.
I note, too, that just possibly you are not advising other Lessees of our recent correspondence and the sensible venue suggestion of my flat has not been taken up - could that be more mischief and obstinance from you or a genuine desire of other Lessees for preference of a Cafe? One hopes not as indeed my flat being not only Management's hub, also contains to hand all references, documents, samples etc let alone a 30 second visit to any works under discussion for a closer look...!
I was hoping to show Flat 9 the new dedicated telephone. Paul
