NOTES: EVERY PROFESSIONAL WE HAVE CONSULTED HAS TOLD US THAT THERE IS NO LIFE LEFT IN THE DOOR FURNITURE ON TENANT’S FRONT DOORS AND THEY SHOULD ALL BE REPLACED. THEY WILL THEN BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED ONCE A MONTH BY WAY OF THE EXTRA DAY PER WEEK WE ARE RETAINING THE CLEANERS WE NEED EACH LEASEHOLDER’S PERMISSIONTOPROCEEDTHOUGH

It has been suggested that along with changing everybody’s door furniture, attention should also be given to each front door as most are in a very sad, neglected state and could do with stripping back and revarnishing... also attention to the three small door windows and the larger one above as at present everybody seems to have a different style - no point having a beautiful communal area if all the doors look dowdy! And new door mats will be supplied to all flats so again, everything will match. ALL NEEDS OWNER’S CONSENT THOUGH...yes or no?
