Lovely to see you looking so well under that lovely fur coat.... and pretty scarf - tres jolie Madame -
OK - so we discussed the following (just in case I've forgotten anything - let me know):
1_ you will contact Stopps to re-quote various items - I'll meet with you and them at Mitre House when convenient
to you - and we'll get them to quote on the items we wish them to do and leave out those items we are happy with
other (moins chere) quotes -
- especially the lift door surrounds and the horrible cage/grill - needs painting gold or somesuch
2_we'll see if we can tidy up the various wiring running badly everywhere - and box it in to hide etc
3_ think of a good way to hide the meters and ugly boxes on each floor and make it safe to walk around!
4_from your colour charts, I'll do a few layouts to view focusing on utilising the existing panels in alternative
colours etc
5_Mail pigeon boxes to go around the corner to the table (ie not above the table)
6_think about 3 or 4 pendant lights in hall
7_think about removing pigeon netting etc from above main front door
8_think about whether to change door furniture (main front door) and / or tenant front door furniture (I suggest
you have a go at restoring/cleaning your existing bits and I think/hope you'll agree they are now too worn/old/no
good anymore - and need replacing....
9_thoroughly clean out Cleaner's Cupboard (which was in the schedule anyway)
9_Not discussed..... but we should again considering putting a communal TV Aerial & Sky dish on roof - and having
all flats wired in - this will:
a) get rid of all lose TV aerial wiring hanging over the frontage of Mitre House down to various flats
b) get rid of multiple (old) TV aerials on the roof - and multiple Satellite dishes
c) and allow those that want to (and pay for) satellite services to do so (and I am not interested in Satellite
services, but many others are) - and I would think, a good service to offer your tenants - which could also include
wifi connection/broadband etc - which obviously you can charge extra for).
