VISION
The Vision of Lifestyle Outlets Glasgow as Scotland’s premier outlet is being facilitated by focusing on a specifically defined and targeted brand split of product categories between designer, premium and mass market brands.
Lifestyle Outlets’ bespoke Perfect Mix model is established by analysis of the top four UK outlets product category split and amalgamating them into a “Supercentre” which identifies the average split between each category overlaid with CACI consumer expenditure data.
This split is applied to the number of units at Lifestyle Outlets Glasgow creating an ideal tenant mix of 41% Designer/ Premium Brands and 59% High Street/Mass Market Brands. Once disseminated across the individual product groups (ie menswear, womenswear and mixed fashion etc.) this identifies the percentage of stores within each category. We define the ideal tenant and brand positioning line-up according to the best outlet centres in the UK and CACI generating a tailored brand mix of assured brands as enhancing sales and rents.
