Role: Developed, leased and managed
10 outlet centres in the UK, France and Austria, as Leasing Director is providing strategic advice across the development, plus creating and implementing the leasing strategy, and negotiating with key retail, and leisure tenants
• As Leasing Director leads the leasing function for Lifestyle Outlets including the strategy to identify, target and negotiate tenants in line with the Lifestyle Outlet’s “Perfect Fit Model”
• Actively participates within the Tenant Relationship Program designed
to create, develop and strengthen close relationships with existing and potential tenants across all sectors
• Communicates with key stakeholders and in uencers across the retail industry to ensure that Lifestyle Outlets are consistently considered within a positive viewpoint
Experience/Track Record:
• Over 30 years’ leasing experience across Outlet Centres, Airports, and Shopping Centres across the UK, US and Europe
• Has held CEO positions with many leading retail companies within the
UK

Role: Leasing Manager providing support on leasing and strategy
• Active leasing and asset
management of the Lifestyle Outlets portfolio and participates in the Tenant Relationship Program and actively builds relationships with existing and potential occupiers focusing on menswear, womenswear, sports and outdoor brands
Experience/Track Record:
• 10+ years commercial experience as a Chartered Surveyor
• Agency, lease renewal, rent review, and re-gear advice as a consultant to multiple retailers including Carphone Warehouse, TUI, Santander, Bathstore, Jo Malone and DKNY
• Extensive in-house property company experience gained via leasing roles at
Orbit Developments and Bruntwood
Rachel Scott
Lifestyle Outlets
Role: Head of Leasing, supporting the Leasing Director with strategy for Lifestyle Outlets Gloucester, Manchester and Glasgow
• Heads up the Leasing Team with responsibility across the Lifestyle Outlets portfolio, with a key focus on delivering the required targeted retail and leisure tenants
Experience/Track Record:
• Over 20 years’ experience across retail, licensed property and industrial clients
• Extensive Outlet and Retail experience, including previous responsibility for leasing London Designer Outlet in Wembley and The Outlet, Banbridge in Northern Ireland, as well as Asset Management responsibility for phase 2 of the Liverpool ONE development
• In 2000, achieved Chartered Surveyor Status by becoming a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is the dedicated APC Supervisor for Trainee Surveyors at Lifestyle Outlets
