Park 10 by Onyx+East is located in historic Chatham Arch, the hottest down- town community in recent years. With a location close to shopping, din- ing, and nightlife, Park 10 includes upscale finishes, hardwood floors, tile in bathrooms, quartz or granite, smooth-finish 9-foot ceilings, and private parking. The model home, a 1,200-square-foot flat, is no longer available, and all of the flats at Park 10 have been sold. However, the final phase of Park 10 is under construction and consists of two- and three-bedroom town- homes whose prices range from $305,000 to $475,000. There are only a few townhomes still available. If you prefer a flat to a townhome, Onyx+East is building flats in other downtown locations.

We really wanted to build on what Onyx+East was already doing with the property. Taking clues from the location and aesthetic, we built the space around comfortable modern pieces and livable scale. High-end touches like designer wall- paper, wooden wall planks, tailored furniture pieces, and strategic use of color and texture give the space a proper look for the downtown address.
