This year’s home is a version of our “Progression” design, one of our most popular layouts. Flexible and functional, the home is packed with amenities for a variety of families. Downstairs, a spacious entry with a window-wrapped front door welcomes you with a unique stair feature, and the inviting living room is perfect for entertaining. The open kitchen and dining space is connected to a gorgeous outdoor living area, nestled next to the home for better function and greater privacy.
