He explains that DriBot incorporates everything he knows about controlling a municipal lift station (which is a highly sophisticated operation in its own right). OmniSite has commoditized that knowledge to create this “super-duper lift station for the home.” The technology that DriBot employs to control water in a personal residence is the same quality that’s used in a municipal water or wastewater treatment plant. And it’s designed it in a
way that’s a ordable for the consumer who is having a new home built.
“I’m excited inside, but we’re not far enough along to know if I’m right,” Ward says with remarkable calm.
“I think the DriBot is a really big deal — like, a lot bigger than what we are today as a company.”
