o er – he admits some are ideas he probably wouldn’t have thought of. One look at the employee roster and it’s obvious that family holds great importance at OmniSite. This is comforting to Ward, as it’s now easier for him to imagine a time when he can step back and let others step up.
When he founded the business, Ward hoped to create a company he could pass down to his kids someday; that it would be something they’d be interested
in and want to build upon. When his wife, Peggy, walked into his garage operation two decades ago and o ered to help organize his bookkeeping a bit, little did
she realize she’d end up managing all the accounting for OmniSite everyday since.
Daughter, Lydia, also makes up part of the sta , steering the Employee Experience Department, as well as being Executive Chef of the on-site
