“Look, everybody can be a millionaire with ease. It is not complicated. At. All. But because we never talk about it, everyone thinks it’s unattainable, that it’s this super-complex thing that only the richest and most lucky people alive can achieve,” Ward says. “So we talk about it here. I want people to be successful. I really do try to go out of my way to make sure they don’t have a lot of problems in their life.”
Fitness classes, free healthy gourmet meals, and coaching versus bossing employees — all of these measures aim to make life better for OmniSite employees. Similarly, easing their  nancial stress and teaching them ways to invest in their future also enriches his employees’ lives.
