Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
The policy of JKR Sarawak is to take personnal responsibility and manage our projects in a manner that respects the
environment as well as the health and safety of its employee, its contractors and the communities where we operate.
We believe that all injuries, incidents and health hazards can be prevented.
We always emphasize our high HSE standards of conduct where compliance with applicable laws and regulations is
only a minimum requirement.
We investigate and report all accidents occur in projects or premises under JKR Sarawak within 24 hours and shall be
personally led by the respective head of office and in the case of major accident, Director of Public Works, Sarawak
will personally lead the investigation.
